Whats The Record Score In Fa Cup ?

I think we might see the record books re-written this coming weekend

Arsene Wenger has decided that his Premier League big guns will launch Arsenal's bid for the FA Cup this weekend because he wants to ensure that his youngsters are rested and fully prepared to face Tottenham in the Carling Cup semi-final next week.

"I've decided that it will be the first team that plays at Burnley on Sunday," he said.

In 1953 Blackpool beat Bolton 4 - 3, and earlier in 1890, Rovers beat Sheffield Wednesday 6 - 1, not too difficult to beat, especially if arsenal are firing on all cylinders, much as I would like Burnley to stuff em. I don't see it happening.

well not quite a record score, but, i honestly thought the dingles played well and gave a good account of themselves even when forced down to 10 men (which was a pathetic decision..imho..)..
