I saw that the other day Spigs, think the 1st one could well be the theatre of merchandising if the banks call in the loans on the Glaziers

Disappointed they did not show the stadium (pitch) on Islay. In '75 it was on a cliff top, barbed wire fence to stop you going over the edge and the touchline followed the rocky outcrops. Glad I played central midfield.

At least in the first they cant complain about crowding they have 5,000 odd seats.

Quite right Eric, went there to watch Burnley play when I was stationed there in '64. Winter, snow on the ground - and we went in the cricket ground end - a great expanse of snow and a football pitch in the far distance with stands/accommodation on just 3 sides
