Kite Flying
Just wanted to know if there were any other folks on here who are interested in flying or making kites in any way.
I've been flying kites for a few years now and whilst I'm not at "sport" level in Power or Trick flying I have a few low-to-mid range power and stunt kites, as well as a collection of nice looking single liners. Anyone else out there fly (I ask as the weather has been looking promising today). |

Some people fly kites on Heys field Oswaldtwistle near my home.
If you look on Google Earth someone has placed a photo of a kite at the site. I see kite flying only a few times each summer and there are rarely more than one at a time. I don't think that it has much of a following in these parts
