Interested in digitally manipulated imaging?

These are images supplied for a recent competition were you had to merge an animal with a vegetable or fruit. Have a look round the site as well as that page as there's loads of good work on there.

Stunning, some excellent ideas and a lot of hard work, I've got to try this myself.

I quite like B3ta for this sort of stuff, It tends to be a little more 'newsy' but there are some superb photshops go through.

I found some of those quite disturbing. Some very good work though.

Re: Interested in digitally manipulated imaging?

It's OK. I wasn't offended. I just found one or two of them a bit off-putting and weird in a Salvadore Dali or Heironymous Bosch kind of way, the frog/orangepeel one for example but then again I don't like those slinky dog toys with a head end and a tail end and a spring for a body.

I do like the idea of combining one thing with another. Those people are more talented than I am.
