Won't let you what? Which bit? To get it central I pasted the AccyWeb URL as an image in the text box within center tags (click on the text centering dooflop and then on the image and paste the URL in the window)

Panther’s sig image is actually 7 separate animated gifs and all strung together to form one word. I don’t think it is going to be possible to save them all, as one animated gif.

OK - here goes:
When you've got your glittery sig on the site look at the BBCode box, highlight and copy all the stuff between [img] and [/img] (there's quite a lot of it) then right click and copy it.
Next go the your browser bar (where you put the URL of any website you want to visit) and paste what you copied into there. Click go (or whatever your browser uses)
The image will then open in it's own page. Right click that and save it to your PC.
Then go into the test forum here on AccyWeb and upload the pic.
When you've done that you need the AccyWeb URL. Do you know what to do from there?
