when posting you will see a toolbar above the reply box.
click the little yellow box which seams to have pyramids in it.
Paste you image url in the url box provided, but before you do, delete the http- bit that is already in the said box.

At last .. have done it !! Just was a different style property box which confused me and was finding it difficult to highlight.
