I need some inspiration

I need 60s style music for my play. Need to cover ANY of the following themes

Friendship
Death
Cheating on a loved one

Any suggestions for well known songs would be great.

another one about death- Teen Angel- Mark Dinning, was banned at the time fer being too morbid.

Got tortured with that song as a child

only kidding, i like it for some strange reason. I had it in my head and was trying to remember the name of it but could only remember a bit of it until now

i'd say 'Billy don't be a hero' but that wasnt out till 1974
