Accrington OXJAM Music Festival Oct 2007
Hello Accy People!
I will be coordinating the ACCRINGTON OXJAM 2007 festival this October 25th-28th. The festival is hope to get Accrington back onto the musical map. I have been in talks with The Attic, Regency Bar, Hargreaves Arms, Calder, Hope and Anchor, Adelphi and the KSC, in hosting various 'stages' for the festival. With over 200 bands already registered to be involved, this is hoped to be something very exciting indeed for Accrington. All the venues will be putting up A2 posters in their windows so people in town will be aware that a festival will be taking place. Anyone interested in helping out in anyway ,please get intouch. Are you a photographer? Want to help collect donations for OXFAM? Want to hand out some posters/flyers? Know of a business that would like to donate a raffle prize? Know someone at the Observer who would like to do a features on the bands?
