This was my first record(Diana second) and I still love it,1957!Dad got me a turntable in a box which he wired into the radio somehow. The deckhad a STEEL needle so the records didn't last very long when played several times a day.
Still got the two records, you can hardly hear the songs but the scratches are lovely.
No television then so hadn't seen that show/video. If I had I probably wouldn't have bought the record! They're terrible.Acts/shows and videos have certainly improved since then.
