I found this by accident. Around 1957/58 I had quite a teenage crush on this guy who was often with Jack Jackson (older members may remember "Record Roundup") and appeared, a lot, on Six Five Special on TV. His real name was Tommy Lennon and he had been a professional footballer in Scotland. He tried to make it as a Rock'n'Roll singer and never quite got there but this clip reminds me that Glen Mason really was quite a good singer.
