Anybody see this the other night?
Really enjoyed this classic, as well as the performance from the band that never fail to impress me, the Manics. The last couple of 'Jools' shows have been of a higher standard than previous series. Or is it just that pop music is getting better lately? I don't know. In the prior programme I only tuned in for one of my favourite bands (Sonic Youth) yet really enjoyed Lily Allen's performance, and I think her new album is brilliant. Wish that particular sentence wasn't true. I'm rambling now. |
