Saw a documentary about the days surrounded the death of Jimi Hendrix in 1970, there was lots of input on film, from people like Chas Chandler, one time member of the Animals and Jimi's first manager, Noel Redding, bassist with the Experience, who Sadly died in 2003, his first girlfriend Kate Etchingham and the German girl, he was engaged to and whose' hotel bedroom he died, Monika Mannamann who committed suicide in 1996. there was some very interesting things put forward, people changing statements etc. but was well worth a watch. it was on the C.I. channel and could well be repeated

Monika Dannemann is the name - there is a lot of theories about what actually happened - but as with Marilyn Monroe well never know for sure!
