I went to Southport Theatre last year to see a Roy Orbison Tribute. Barry Steele. Fantastic. Shut your eyes and it was just like the Big "0". His backing group wer spot on as well. He is on at Thwaites Empire Theatre in Blackburn in September but we are on holiday then otherwise we would have gone. Take a look at www.barrysteele.com

I was subjected to Roy Orbison aversion therapy by the man who lived in the flat below me.

I cringe whenever I hear him now.

That's not nice. Everyone has their own taste in music.

Saw him twice at Batley Variety Club during his heyday. Black and White night is available on CD. A brilliant, atmospheric performance by Roy and his guests. His guitar duel with Bruce Springteen is extremely memorable, as his his duet with K.D. Lang. Undoubtedly one the greatest ever from the rock and role era.

Recommend The Travellin Wilbury's CD which incorporates a DVD of outstanding merit.

Missed it - what a sickener. If Roy was better looking he would have been bigger than Elvis. Fantastic voice
