Just thought i'd post on here an tell u lovely souls to get down to Th'Attic Friday and Saturday nights for rock n roll mayhem, at least 2 live bands every night. usually crap mind, but theres the odd gem every now and then like Brother Bastion, Little Man tate (next arctic monkeys) and Polytechnic (Strokes, Doves support act) as well as the awesome prog noodling of Alfa9 (U HAV TO SEE THIS BAND) after the bands resident Dj's 4Kingkas ( me) playing Punk, Rock n Roll, Indie and the odd electro mash up and Dave T (AKA Brother Bastion) Classic Rock, Indie and Punk spin the wheels inna year 3000 stylee! personally i'll be spinning the likes of Oasis, Sex Pistols, Ian Brown, Kasabian, Super Furry Animals, The Clash, Arctic Monkeys, Strokes, Hives, Love, Primal Scream, Franz Ferdinand, the KBC (check em out!), Dinosaur JR, Gang of Four, Led Zeppelin, Joy Division/New Order, Stone Roses, editors !forward russia!, Undertones, Buzzcocks, Happy Mondays,Devo, Neil Young, British Sea Power and everything inbetween! if u like good music then get down and support your local venue cos god knows we've needed a decent venue in accrington. innit  |
