Always been a huge Beatles fan but I think that's just down to personal preference. The Stones are a better band.
Got no respect for them as people though - complete sell outs after the Bittersweet Symphony incident. |

Not my favourite bands by any means,i always prefered the Kinks personally but even though the Stones did some really good songs i can't see past the Beatles.
What they did for music and the sheer number of songs they did that everybody knows well for me Beatles>Stones.

saw them both stoes at nelson,beatles at darwen,
saw the kinks also at rawtenstall got to say the beatles came just about the time when music was at a stand still imho,gave it a kick start then bands like the stones and the who really took over stones every time for me for that era
