Transformer

Was going to PM this to Cashy but thought I'd give a heads up to anyone else interested. The Classic Albums programme tonight on Sky Arts takes a look at Lou Reed's Transformer. As per with my threads like this, the programme is half way through now, but it should be shown again if you want to watch it from the start.

Re: Transformer

Bit late with this one but a brilliant album, bought it in 72/3 when it first came out but mainly due to the Bowie/Ronson connection.Would have loved it if Bowie & the Spiders had done it even more.Anyway it got me into Lou,The Vevet Underground,Warhol etc.I was about 12/13 at the time.Still got the album on CD.

Re: Transformer

I like lou reed but a lot of his music is a bit boring.... Transformer is one of the best albums of all time no doubt. New york is also fantastic, prob the last decent record he made
