well cmonstanley, you`ve made a great point here as i for one fall into the tight budget category therefore away games unless really local......are a no no for me.....economics all the way, does`nt make me less of an fan though!!!

150 fans is quite some achievement for a Friday night match at Lincoln, don't knock it. Accy are still only a small new club at this level. Three isn't the large core of hardened supporters to go to games like this. A few more will attend home games but can't see this increasing yet.

I imagine the novelty value drew the 800 to Chester.

If had been played on a Saturday i would have gone, i dare say some people didn`t go because they couldn`t afford it, then there were those that didn`t go because they couldn`t get out of work early enough, and then there would have been those that didn`t go because it was a Friday night, and would have been going round the pubs etc, I`m not a big fan of Friday night games but i will go if we are at home because i can get there in time, but theres no chance if we are away.

at least a couple of people have got the jist and not everybody can afford it. and thanks for the usual abuse in my karmas it makes me laugh when you have to give abuse cause you dont agree

hehehe hope theres more of us this saturday, Notts county have a 20,300 ll seater stadium! we are in the kop end 5,400 seats!!! we could dit our whole ground in that one stand!
