This was the day keeping the faith brought big rewards
Of our Top Ten only Mab and Redash went for a Stanley win, and as a result went from eighth and tenth to 3rd equal, just a point behind Ossy Kid and Cmon Stanley, who didn't trouble the scorers on this occasion. Redash was one of only two of us who got a spot-on max 5, the other one being ........ me (blush  ). For the first time ever as far as I can recall, more of us went for them (17) than for us (16)  . Mass reverse psychology seems to be more effective than Val plughing his usual lonely furrow  - or are people actually trying to win the league by making sensible predictions? Surely not ! 6 drawmongers by the way, including Mysteron - first time ever not gone for us methinks?Full table attached. On Stanley On to welcome the Gills as league leaders - a repeat of last year seems unlikely, as Bavs surely won't let 3 in again. .
