Teach Keeps The Faith and Takes The Lead

Strange how I do this quicker and with more enthusiasm following a win ...

Most of us vote with our hearts and get at least 3 points when Stanley win, but our league leaders mostly listen to their heads, and given our usual inability to beat sides below us their heads didn't see the win coming . Only Teach and Sherry of last week's Top Ten followed their hearts, in Teach's case all the way to the top of the league.

No bonus points for either of them, though, and indeed only Ossy Kid and Rosey (by default) picked up the max 5. Far too many other people got 4, betting on another clean sheet for Betts, for them to be listed here, sorry

Your organisers, meanwhile, are locked together with identical records and hanging on with grim determination to a place in the top table

Roll on Pompey Tuesday evening - if you see a bald bloke with Stanley colours and a wife in the Shepherd's Crook on Goldsmith Avenue before the game, do make yourself known as a Prediction Leaguer
