Welcome to the game. And as things did go well, best you enter every week from now on ......
Confidence remained high

despite our failure to put it in the net at the Daggers on Tuesday, 27 optimists easily seeing off 9 pessimists and 4 drawmongers. But for some weird reason
![Confused](http://www.accringtonweb.com/forum/images/smilies/confused.gif)
, only 6 of those predicted a second consecutive clean sheet for Betts, so bonus points were thin on the ground, with none going to any of our leaders

. And only Tommy McQueen and Rosey (by default) got double bonus points for a 5 point maximum.
At the top, Teach took 3 points to move further away from AngeB, F19 and Kiwi John who each had to settle for a single bonus. The lead is now 9 points. Bdc's 3 took him up to equal KJ on points, but he stays behind him on countback. Rosey moved up two, from 9th to 7th.
Statistically, the worst-placed person who could still win the league is now Norwich Stanley in 20th.
Roll on the Cobblers. 3 more points won't guarantee safety, but 3 from this particular game will make me feel almost confident ......
On Stanley On!!
