Re: 2014/15 Squad :)
Just watched the goals from yesterday and was surprised to say the least !!
Reading the posts from lads who went was not expecting Rob losing his man for the first goal and for me the keeper was at fault for the second.
The lad who scored the winner had his first touch well inside the area.
I know me and Cashy had this debate a week ago,and pointed out his reluctance to come off his line and that's cost us.
From a punt down field your stating position has to be12-18 yards from his goal,if he does that, they don't score !!.
I am surprised as he seems to have a decent kicking game, hope this doesn't get overlooked

PLEASE EXPLAIN
How does the fact Joyce played 30 games in a season where Stanley made the play offs prove he is any good?
Phil neville has multiple premier league winners medals, CL, etc - being a passenger in a team proves nothing.
Once again, cashman deals in opinions and not facts.

im not questioning his passion for the club, but his refusal to be constructivly critical of the current playing squad.

no.
It was a throw away comment made in frustration regarding some of our fans inability to recognise that certain members of our playing squad are not the answer.
Going to games does not make anyone more of a fan that someone who does not.
While it is generally admirable to go to games, it doesnt give you elevated status in my eyes.

Re: 2014/15 Squad :)
Davo, why do you have to be "constructively critical" after two games?,the first game we lost to a late penalty and the second a missed penalty cost us a point!.
Your not a secret everton fan are you, they are very bitter fans as well

Yeh want facts,The facts are simple(A bit like you) yeh said Stanley wont be challenging for the play offs with him in the team. The fact is Stanley got in the play offs with him playing oer 3/4 of the games that season, so the Fact is, as i said Yeh talk Nonsense. I reckon most bar the simpletons can understand the point i'm making.

Re: 2014/15 Squad :)
To be honest Cashy,I don't have a problem with JB trying different things and freshening things up,but in hindsight,I would have stuck with our back four, and not let leeds good movement promote major changes.
In the first game our keeper never made a save (except the pen),despite conceding possession for nearly all the game.
Why change a tried and tested shape/formation?

Re: 2014/15 Squad :)
i understand the point your maing but I dont accept it.
We got to the playoffs because of other players who have moved onto bigger clubs, not because of Joyce who is still here.

Out of our play-off team, only Ryan is playing in league one this season,so what do you consider bigger clubs ?,burton,Shrewsbury ?.
A lot of players went for more money, only Ryan justified it in my opinion.
On a side issue, see big Kayo is not getting a start
