Realists Gain as Run Comes to an End

Well I suppose your response to two home wins on the trot was predictable , as was the outcome ..... 25 expecting the little run to continue, only 3 naysayers and 6 fence-sitters. So Outback Ozzy takes 4 points, LongLostSon and Exile on Spencer Street 3, and a slack handful of others a bonus point for getting "Stanley 2" right. The slack handful included both Bs , but not Tommy McQueen (no entry ), Teach or Mike A, so quite a bit of movement up top, AngeB's lead now 3 points over Tommy, Nige B 3rd, a point clear of Teach and Mike, who now only lead Outback on countback, and LongLost moving up to 8th.

Exile's 3 points tidy up the bottom of the table however, with everybody who's played 6 or more now above those who've just played the odd one or two, so I'm back to a single table showing just the top 41, until some of the others return to play again.

So it's more West Country opposition in the cup next week, before my home game (Pompey away) the following Saturday. Now if we win those two I will be a very happy bunny .... see you in the Shepherd's Crook before the Pompey game.

On Stanley On!!
