You'll be happy then, a point is what you get for that

You can't change, you didn't do one the first time around
Well, having switched on BBC live text after 5 minutes and finding us behind already, at least I didn't have a couple of hours of hoping and praying only to be downcast in the last few minutes. Just did feel a bit inevitable I'm afraid.
3 maxis, all featured above. Kiwi's cut Lord S's long term lead at the top to a mere 10 points
, and took him 12 points clear of AccyTom18 in third. Stanley Josh's meant his points per game average went over 3, with 19 points from only 6 entries, though his position remained unchanged. And Outback Ozzy soared from 17th to 12th with his.
SJ's average is now better than Taypot's, although the latter's four points were enough to take him into the elite in ninth place
, pushing Cashman off the top table. If only he could play his 17 games in hand on Lord S …...
I've also featured Greeny's post not just for the cheap laugh
, but to welcome him to the game as our 41st entrant - though the welcome is a bit unusual in that the entry was made for the abandoned game before Christmas and the entrant hasn't been heard from since …… In any event, the one point gained means Norwich Stanley has fought off another attempt on his wooden spoon
.
No other significant moves, though NigeB and Monkey Hangar, in 4th and 5th, closed up on the podium with 4 and 3 points respectively.
So it's roll on the Wombles, and now it gets seriously serious. 6 points from the next 3 games looks like a minimum requirement, given the 4 after that look, shall we say, a trifle challenging
Can the football genius deliver yet again? Course he can!
On Stanley On!!
