StanleyJosh Regains Lost Ground in GoalFest

This one's easy to sum up - 4 pessimists who thought we'd lose got 3 points , and 6 optimists who thought we'd score 3 got 1 . The rest of you got nowt.

The lucky gloomsters and doomsters all made progress, LongLostSon and Kiwi John climbing over Taypot and Tommy McQueen to move from 23rd/24th to 21st/22nd, Valairian popping up from 19th to 15=, and StanleyJosh clawing back some of his recent losses with a jump from 8= back to 5th.

One point was enough to give AccyTom18 and Outback Ozzy a little more breathing space at the top, and for me to rise from 14th to 10th , pushing Cashman out of the TopTen in the process. It was enough for AndyD to hold off the rising LongLostSun (see what I did there? ) and hang on to 20th, and for Taypot to swop places with Tommy McQ while they both slipped down. But it didn't do a lot for Revived Red down in 27th .

So on to Gillingham. Are we downhearted - No! Well, perhaps just a smidgen . After all we've laid the Manager of the Month curse by scoring 3 - oh, hang on a bit ... Must have been a good game to watch - oh, hang on another bit ...

On Stanley On!!
