Val soars up the table with a last- minute third goal!
Ten for the draw this week, five for the win, and five for the loss …. Only one “TenfromLen”, as Valairian smoothly shot up in the lift while the Mere Mortals struggled with the stairs…. The other four realists (me, Gregor, Taypot and ang b) all got four for the correct result, plus three of us also got one bonus for our one, Taypot missing said bonus …… one ten, three fives and one four …… The fence-sitters got perforated but not much else, and the Eternal Optimists likewise - a few ones and some zeros Table now reads Div3North (39) Valairian. (31) Andy d. (29) Choirboy. (27) Mab. (26) Teach. (25) Onward and upward with the visit of the unbeaten Stags, who got a (dour) 4th draw in 6 games, next Saturday  |

Should've had something from the game today - personally I reckon killing a pigeon with the coach on the way there was an omen & from that moment the gods were against us
