2BR on deck vs Hartlepool?

Anyone know if Dan and Karen are strutting their vocals 'live' on Saturday?

It's the usual Burnley/Stanley fixture conflict I'm afraid. I hope that you all understand the problem. And if we had a lavish budget and a split frequency, I assure you we would be bringing you full commentary on every game. Unfortunately, that's not the case and so commentary matches can be quite spaced out.

Sorry

Having said that, you'll still get an interview with Coley, preview, team news, the thoughts of Miss Fazackerley and updates on every goal and important incident.

Re: 2BR on deck vs Hartlepool?

As I understand it (and bear in mind that I'm just the bloke who sits at the game and gets excited, not really part of the consultative process!!!!) the deal with Burnley is to provide the same coverage on every game in every competition.

Obviously I can see the benefits of full away coverage on every away game for both sides, but from a practicality point of view, this could prove to be difficult. Facilities in League 2 are better than in the Conference, but there have already been places where it was mobile phone all the way (Chester, Hereford, Peterborough etc) so we couldn't GUARANTEE away Stanley commentaries anyway.

It seems daft from a Burnley point of view because there have been discussions on the Clarets board that I go on that maybe some fans stay away because it's easier to sit at home and listen to the match on the radio. The club need them at the ground paying their £20's.
