Re: 3 points
A good win and a good performance from the lads today.....but even though young Dunblavin pulls off some good saves, I`m not sure about him bossing his defenders. They do seem a bit sixes and sevens at times!

Re: 3 points
Yes it was a good day at the office, but why oh why does JC pick the same people at the back!!!! Rocky was shaky all day, Cav on his usual walkabouts and Jay Harris who IMHO had a cracker of a match is too small to be in central midfield. Why did we wait till the final seconds to see Julian N'Da, let the lad play 90 minutes in partnership with Welchy as in pre-season. Lets get Browny on up front with Rommy and please can we have Phil Edwards and Ashley Foyle at the back. I saw some big names out there today e.g. Paul Warhurst and Andy (whinging) Hessenthaler, now too old to be playing at this level. The one thing we do need is some luck to go our way as it did today. Referee though was truly appalling, just sitting near Eric W and he was apopletic with some of the decisions today. Barnet's goal should have been a throw in to Stanley and liner missed it (4th official didn't or the majority of people in the main stand). But at least we now have the first win. Congrats to Rommy Boco on being the top (and only) scorer at this early stage.
OH YES. WHERE WERE THE PEOPLE OF ACCRINGTON TODAY. Crowd of 1639 is disgusting and please don't give me the bit about folks on holidays etc etc, I know the Ultras have tried their best to drag, cajole and assist in people coming through the turnstiles, but it would appear that the good folk of Accrington are not bothered about a league team in the town, even though the likes of Eric and John and plenty of others to numerous to name have spent blood, sweat and tears and an unimaginable amount of cash to get the team where they are now. Come-on Accringtonians give YOUR team the support they deserve.

Re: 3 points
Fantastic day, enjoyed every minute of. Shame about the size of gate, I hope those that dithered about coming today kicked themselves hard for missing it. Well done Boco on the score, gutted he didn’t get a third.
We played more like a team today and it was heart thumping stuff throughout apart from them going to sleep in the last 10 minutes, we can’t afford last minute cock ups.
Mr Coleman as always was great entertainment and didn’t let the fans down. On Stanley, On up the table.

Apparently someone has taken issue with me calling him young Dunblavin as he`s only 26. Seeing as I`m 44, I think I`m right. Bleeding kids!!

Re: 3 points
Brilliant result shame i couldnt of been there, before the lecture hehehe i simply cant afford to go to every game even home games otherwise i would be there, its too much for my ticket & the 2 rugrats twice a week - even once a week would be a struggle but get there when i can. Its all good to slate the non attendees but really have you asked 'them' why? then maybe more often than not it comes down to affording to support your team all the way & lack of rooF coverage is a huge put off to the rain sensitive
Talking off roof no roof, maybe it'll get that bad where the fans will have to be shaking their collecting boxes some clubs i know do auctions on message boards to raise funds, an idea i'suppose might even encourage Eric's wallet to open a bit more too hehehehehe

As a Sheffield United follower I would like to give credit Paul Warhurst's assist for the first goal, flicking it on for Bocco, and doing his best to set him up for a third. These ex Sheffield Wednesday players are sheer quality.
