How about a trip over to the Football museum at Preston? See how many times Accy Stanley are mentioned in the early years of the league over Scuzburn Rovers, enjoy a computerised penny shootout & broadcast alongside big ears, sorry I mean Gary Linneker. Seriously only a few miles up the road & free to get in too! A lot of memorabelia to view & will fill a few hours. (See if you can beat my penny score of 2250!!!)

A pub crawl down Clayton's always a good bet. There's usually a few Stanley fans knocking around who are happy to discuss the afternoon's events at the IES. You can start at the bottom of the hill and work your way back up for last orders in the Crown!

Jealousy gets you nowhere! No one turns down free publicity & at least we have got more stability with management & loyal fans than the bunch of yo yos down the road. Now lets see-how many years had Stanley been playing as one of the original 12 b4 someone wised up in Blackburn?????
