Yes!..that really is a treasured clip from what must have been a 'great to watch'
and valuable Reel.
It reminded me too that commentators like the great John Arlott were as natural as the game, players, and fans they were attempting to describe..and what a refreshing departure from Andy Gray and his ilk that was !!.

A little question for you Cashy !....

Watching this clip, did you feel that Soccer really has moved on to greater things or have we all lost something very special in the games development ?

Makes you think...doesn't it ??

'ON STANLEY...ON!!!!

Followed a link on Internet Football Grounds Guide Forum of a old film showing crowds at Stamford Bridge in the 70's.

Natually I search Accrington and found this Gem.

Re: Accrington Supporters Club Mention in old Pathe Film

its a very deep question that Yonmon, stanley last season fer me was the nearest thing ive witnessed to those lost days, hence the reason i invested in a season ticket this time.

That was brilliant, brings back some great memories, thanks for that. Stanley had a bath just like that one.
