Aldershot Tonight

Those nice people at Southern Counties Radio will be providing live commentary of tonight’s game.

Another nail biting night in front of the PC……..

Re: Aldershot Tonight

Where is the best place for a drink before the game? Club or pub, and if the latter, which?

<!--msgstart-->Golden Lion sounds like your best bet.

Facing the ground, head right under the bridge, and the pub is about 10-15m minutes on your left by a mini roundabout.

A further two minutes walk, and there's the Red Lion on the opposite side of the road, but I'm not sure they do food.<!--cboard editpoint--> [edited by Simmotino Mon Mar 6 12:26:48 2006]

<!--msgstart-->Don't think that the Golden Lion does food midweek evenings Simmo.

(At least they didn't when used it before the Tuesday night game against Canvey back in January.)

Re: Aldershot Tonight

You can also have a quick look at:

http://www.aldershottown-mad.co.uk/n...l.asp?CID=EDB1

...although since getting more involved with shotsweb, the Mad site has taken more of a back-seat.

(PS: Sorry if the link bit doesn't work, you'll just have to copy/paste!)
