Re: AS V Boro
I get no pleassure in saying this but there are an awful lot of games yet to be played and I was cringing at some of the comments from supporters on this forum presuming the title was signed sealed and delivered. We ahve no right to get carried away and the Accrington Observer "promotion" special was way to premature!!
In my humble opinion in our last two home games we have been outplayed and out battled on the pitch. Gary Roberts loss of form (and before you get on my case...home form), terrible pitch meaning that the boys just cant play football on it (I wonder if any of this money has been put aside for the roof...........I will tell you what....absolutely nowt!!!! thanks for that directors) loss of key players at a vital stage of the season, supporters being over critical in their vocal support and maybe even the players and staff thinking the job has already been done, I really don't know.
The home form has been really patchy for a while now and I hope we have done enough to fulfill our dream, unfortunately there is still a long way to go untill I can get absolutely s*** faced at the end of season party!
Come on reds..........BUCK UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Exciting game but for the wrong reasons in my opinion, my heart was in my mouth (when I wasn't screaming that was) for most of the match!!!!

Why so negative? would you prefer a closer race then if we don't make it you can say well never mind theres always next year. 44yrs of that bull**** and we are now a very small step away from the league, start shouting and getting behind the team and no negativity.

Re: AS V Boro
morning all..just back of holiday..gutted to miss the last two games ..hope everyone is well and good..two very important points in two tricky ties..both with ten men..team must have shown tremendous character..no talk about the straight red..was it justified?

Re: AS V Boro
I attended the match because my Grandkids where in the school kick about at half time, I know absolutely nothing about football, but even I noticed the Stevenage players seemed to be in a horizontal position more than a vertical one.
