Well what can I say, the response has been FANtastic!! The survey will be coming to a close tonight at 10pm, so please if you haven't had your say then please take the chance to do so now.

Many thanks to those who have taken part, this is proving to be an interesting project and hopefully will be of great use to Lew in pushing the merchandising and retail streams of the club forward to further meet the customers needs.

Hi,

I just wanted to pass on my sincere thanks to Sarah, who has done a magnificent job on getting the survey up and running so quickly. The survey has now been completed and finalised. A deconstructed set of results will be available for people to view on the website very soon. Some of the information is confidential for obvious reasons, but the survey will be used as an integral part of the retail department improvements over the coming season.

Thank you to everyone who contributed also, some of your responses make very interesting reading, I have read every individual comment over the last few weeks and I can assure you we will be working very hard to achieve the next level of service for you.
