It's far from 'demented' of people to want their club to use their abilities to the full, thus getting to a position where no chance has been squandered. Even if this left us in the Conference I'm sure people would be happy in the knowledge that no more could've been done to retain our league status as all efforts were made to the full.
This is where people get irate about crap tactics, never changing & ineffective player selections, crap club-fan relations etc - it is fear that our chance to be a football league club again will be wasted due to lack of effort, commitment and professionalism. |
