Re: Baker out..Craney in...

John Coleman in the Observer today says that if Baker is worth £225k then they can't afford Craney - end of story.

Also he mentions that he would have liked Twiss but not at the £50k that Bury have bid for him. He goes on to say that he is also an admirer of Craig Stanley but we now have more than enough midfielders.

Why we still going on about this lot then? I said it was a non starter yonks ago, Craney's better staying put
Bakers better off at Stockport (so are we with the money) Craig Stanley is better than what you have so if I was coley i'd pull my finger out and as for Twiss the reason for the £50K knockback is because your club hasn't got that kind of money to spend.
If you had it'd be far better spent on ground improvements especially for those rain sodden away supporters

Re: Baker out..Craney in...

it's **** poor for any LEAGUE club to be providing that kind of hospitality to anyone

Carlisle still do it with the Waterworks end and their a League above, maybe a reduction in entrance fees might be in order to compensate but knowing your plight you'll be doubling it more like ;0)

Re: Baker out..Craney in...

we're only in the league to poke our tongues out at the hierarchy and updet them as much as possible. When the FL Inspectors come to observe matchday we charge em £13 to get in! The electric meter man only pays a fiver though cos he's over 65
