It certainly is. If they're "temporary" does this mean they're going to be replaced by more opulent drinking facilities at some point?

@ Redash. Can't imagine that booze dished out from a Portacabin thingy would be particularly cold-unless you were first in line....

the beer was served from a can off a trestle table under a Foster Gazebo.

But it was better than n0owt and it fulfills the criteria.
