Re: Boco's Shirt
Hi everyone,
Before Rommy Boco left we asked him to sign 3 shirts, The person with programme number 309 claimed the first one after the game and this one is a different shirt, please dont jump to conclusions when somthing like this occurs.
The winner was announced at the final whistle, in hindsight we probably should of announced it earlier so everybody is still in the ground, we are sorry to people this affected and will be sure to announce these things earlier at future games.
We will be putting more things on eBay in the near future so please bid and help the club grow.

Re: Boco's Shirt
Thanks for clearing that up Lee, but you can see how it looked. Maybe an announcement of the winning number on the fishy site the day after the game would have been a good idea.

I'm sorry to disagree with you on this, Lee, but the winner was certainly NOT announced at the final whistle. Please see my original post in the thread "Are we really a League club?" I was one of the last to leave the main stand and as I passed I asked Ricky about the winner of the shirt. He said he had not received a text - and he checked his phone while I was there.

Sorry RR but I have to take up an issue here, Lee is spot on when he said the number was announced, albeit after the final whistle after most people had left the ground. I was one of the last to leave (collecting my daughters from the burger vans) and I heard the number 309 mentioned on the tannoy system. So I appreciate you spoke to Rick but he must have got the number after you spoke to him.

Re: Boco's Shirt
But if most fans had left the ground, wasn't it a trifle convenient that the person who won just happened to still be there? I was there till the bitter end & for about 10 to 15 minutes afterwards & never heard a thing, surely it should have been announced at half time along with the half-time draw & cross-bar challenge numbers.

confirmed by Lee that the away shirt sponsored by the World Wide Reds is in the club shop awaiting collection.
Thanks Lee, I'll collect on saturday.
The draw, as usual, will be made at the OSC Presentation Night after the last home match.
