BTH Sports Bar
Buy-the-House suite open for tomorrow's game
Having listened to requests we have decided to keep the suite open to supporters for the game against Grimsby prior to kick off, throughout the match and as normal for the presentations after the game. The commercial department would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the confusion and promises to resolve the situation in the very near future.
The above was taken off the fishy site so Lew if you read this I have a request, lose that prat Russell Whalley if you want people to spend money in the sports bar.
After yesterdays game supporters went into the bar for the MOTM award, whilst waiting fans where hoping to catch the start of the England game. This game was being shown in the sponsors area but when asked if it could be shown on the big screen for the real supporters Whalley said "don't put it on let them all go to The Crown", his tone of voice was like we where sh*t on his shoe and shouldn't be there. The bar staff apologised saying it was because they had a night do on and people would have to leave by 6.30pm which was fair enough.
Whalley seems to have a problem with fans using the sports bar as we found out last season (your names not down so you're not coming in, remember), I told him he was an arsehole and left very angry on to The Oakleigh where you're made to feel welcome and watched the England game with fellow Stanley supporters. I will not be using the Sports Bar again until the idiot has left the building and a family occasion has now been booked elsewhere.
