I only went to 1 reserve game when they played there season before last and the bar was open then. I presume it will be open for each game.
As we didn't have a reserve team last season the early matches in particular should see a few hundred on so you should see a healthy till at the end of the night

Re: Burnley Reserves at FES
Also, Burnley's reserves are going to be in the same league as ours so would we be allowed to use the same ground? If our lads lose out and are not allowed to play home games on our own pitch I for one won't be a happy bunny

Because our pitch was a mess for much of last season and needs all the recovery time available. I'm sure the ground staff do a fantastic job, but because of the history of the site, we have always had a terrific struggle with the crown pitch. Nobody on here seems to know if the "3 figure improvement scheme" has, or is being carried out this close season. If so, let's hope it makes a big difference as I hated the beach football we were forced to play towards the end of last season, though I'm not complaining about the points we won!

Yes we did have a reserve team last season - Played in the Pontins Holiday League Division One West and played the likes of Preston, Manchester City, Bury, Rochdale, Carlisle and Tranmere reserves. All the home matches were played at the FES and season ticket holders got in free - others paid £3 and the bar was open.

Does that mean that you will be gracing the hallowed FES with your presence on a few occasions this season then Dave?
