Re: Calendar
Hi everyone,
Just to let everyone know they arrived safely as expected this afternoon and are on sale now in the Stanley Store and very soon on the website for £5.
These are good quality calenders, big thanks to Revived Red and Kipax.

Re: Calendar
Just bought a calendar last night at the Mansfield match. Lovely job. Just one question - why have we had it printed in Bristol. There are a lot of complaints on this forum about Accrington not supporting it's team. Why isn't Accrington Stanley supporting it's town by having it printed locally?
I've just been on yell.com and there are 14 printers & lithographers listed in Accrington. Admittedly they are probably not all up to the task of printing such a fine calendar, but I'm sure at least one or two of them are capable.
If you widen the search on yell.com to Lancashire, there are 100 listed.

Re: Calendar
There is a simple answer to this. I published the calendar on behalf of the club at my own expense, with all profit going to the club as explained in a previous post in this thread. As I live in Bristol and my work involves dealing with printers on a regular basis, I used a printer that I knew and who specialises in the production of top-quality calendars.
I came up to deliver the calendars and watch the game last night, though I almost missed it because of vehicle problems. I arrived 10 minutes late and missed the first goal. But well done the Reds. It was worth the long drive back to Bristol!
Just glad that you like the calendar.

Re: Calendar
Can I just say, after all the slagging off members have done to the Stanley Store, Thank you Lee. Ordered mine on Wednesday morning on t'internet and both have arrived on Thursday before I got home from work. Excellent service, keep this up please. BTW Revived Red and Kipax, congratulations on an excellent calender, just one slight criticism, would have been better to be available prior to New Years day!

Re: Calendar
I would like to retract the criticism mentioned above. It has been explained as to why there was a delay for what is a superb product. Congratulations to both of you
