 I remember him well one of my favourite programs at the time, but was it not "electrickery" The guy I was thinking of is Carl from Ossy, very eccentric and always ****ed, great character though, totally harmless/funny If I saw a pic would be able to confirm straight away.

We spotted him him on the CCTV sweeps, he certainly gave us and the coppers a bit of a laugh in the control room.

What a muppet! I know we need more supporters but come on. The sign said "Accrington Stanley f c" but according to my eagle eyed mate it said "more tea vicar" on the other side.
