has anybody heard anything else about away supporters parking at cricket club i asked somebody involved with the cricket club and they said stanley havent been back yet plus they said they wouldnt have any qualms about it.
I couldn't believe that a season ticket holder couldn't get to his seat because the stand was full - I thought I was badly off not being able to buy a programme at the Swindon game but that is ridiculous and I am sure he could take action against the club for breach of contract.
If that incident is true, Stanley urgently need to bring their off-the-field organisation up to the standard of what is happening on the field or they will be a laughing stock.
I have been to football and rugby league matches all over and never heard anything like it - it isn't rocket science to get it sorted. All it takes are some plaques or even stickers which say 'reserved' on enough seats to accommodate all the season ticket holders. Huddersfield's stadium, for instance, manages it with two sets of supporters to accommodate. i.e. if you turn up for a rugby league match and it says 'Giants reserved' you can't sit there; if it says 'reserved' you are okay at those matches but not at Town FC games.
It's simple - and everyone is happy.
Come on Rob Heys answers are required to questions in this thread. While Coley and the lads do what is required on the pitch once again we are let down by a very poor service behind the scenes, shop is still a joke. It's in your interest to make some sort of reply as local papers seem to have latched on to this and questions are being asked, just what I've heard.
I'm quoting myself on this because yes it's a disgrace.

So are you going to bring this up at the meeting?????
I really should apply for a job at the club I know I could make a difference as for the meeting I seriously doubt anything will come of it, I also feel it's not the right place for a slanging match but when pushed into a corner some people come out fighting, do we want a fight or action???
