Century for Mullers

Paul Mullin made his 100th football league appearance (for Stanley) at Luton Town, first player to reach this milestone since the club returned to the league. source - LT

I could 'wax lyrical' Reamer, but I won't. Because what Paul Mullin has achieved on behalf of Accrington Stanley would be difficult to put into words !.

And he's such a great guy in the bargain !.

Alfred.E. said it was time to use 'the cat that got the cream' Avatar again....what better time ????.

Well done Paul. Did we ever have a player that achieved this feat when we were in the league first time around or is this the first?

No he's not the first, he's the 39th player to achieve this for Stanley but he's the first for nearly 50 years. Record is held by Jim Armstrong (?) with 260 apps. Again source is LT

Couldn't agree more, Yonmon. When you consider that before playing in the FL with Stanley, all his football was played in non league. It's a testament to his consistency and fitness to reach such a milestone. Only missed three league games since the club returned to league

Yes a great achiever but a nice down to earth and intelligent guy.

Was a pleasure to talk to him during the after match celebrations at Woking.
