3 points is a must in my opinion, next 3 games are vital, we must NOT lose any and we MUST WIN our home games............. if not, we are in serious trouble - not being doom and gloom, being factual and honest!!!

Agree, Cashy, should have been 3 up at half time.
I thought most Stanley players faded as the game progressed, exemplified by Pritchard who was jiggered by mid way through the second half. He was one of our better players today but, again, like last season, he was kept on far too long and I just hope it doesn’t result in a recurrence of his injury. When we’re lacking pace up front, I don’t know what Nolan has to do to get on the pitch. Thought Clark deserved his MotM, but Astley also had a very good game. Had Cheltenham not been even worse than Stanley at getting shots on target it might well have been a different outcome. But, a win gives everyone a bit of relief and another week to repair all those injuries. PS thought the minutes silence and the lass’s singing of the anthem was excellent. |
