Re: Chinese Takeaway

Would be a great gesture by the Club if that did happen!

Would also be good if we could pick up some media attention out in the Far East

Maybe the school inspector wants to get off his high horse in the comments section.

Re: Chinese Takeaway

If this match does go ahead, maybe the club could print up a cheapo flyer and distribute in in Manchester's China Town?

Why give tha $$ to China??? They have the most robust economy that they can look after their own...They should be paying Stanley for the privalage of gracing the hallowed turf.

Oh well, just thought it would bring a little bit of good publicity for the club. Sorry for mentioning it.

If a pre-season game with a team of 'unknown potential' can provide Current Team Members , Newcomers to the FES, and Trialists with an opportunity to get to know each other. Whilst providing fans and visitors with a 'novel' Soccer occasion, extending a bit of 'Stanley hospitality' to a Touring team, and making a 'caring' gesture to a most charitable cause.......then this can't be a bad move on the part of our Club.....

'Is the rich world aware of how four billion of the six billion live? If we were aware, we would want to help out, we'd want to get involved.' ( Alfred.E.Neumann )

What better way for the best Fans in the Football League to 'get involved'?.
