Chris Turner

Does anyone know who Chris Turner is playing for this season. I always think he didn't get a fair chance under Coleman.

Dunno, he was at Barrow, but heard they released him last season.I also thought he didn't get a fair crack, but everyone can't be wrong?

Re: Chris Turner

I was on a lifeguard training course with Chris last week and at the moment he hasn't got a club. He's had a few offers from some really good clubs and he said he would sort something out, but he's more focussed on becoming a teaching assistant and being able to earn a living at the moment. The conversation gave me the impression that he's fallen out of love with the game a bit, in particular the mental rollercoaster it puts you through. He does still want to play but its no longer the be all and end all for him.

It made me a bit sad to be honest as I think Chris had loads of potential and maybe under different management he would have a better chance. As they say timing is everything.

Re: Chris Turner

Just so you know both Chris and I passed and are now qualified lifeguards. I know plenty of our female fans would mind being fished out of the pool by Chris! Haha!
