Cisak officially gone.
To Oldham......
Of all the players that have left, this has rattled me the most to be honest.
He had never played a game before even joining us, yet he gets offered a deal at Oldham and goes.
Wont even be their number 1 keeper more than likely.
ANNOYED !!!!

Re: Cisak officially gone.
Agreed mate. Also to say hes not even that proven, only playing half of the season and coming in when the team was doing well.
I hope Coley has something up his sleeve, hopefully anticipating the exit of all our top players with the play off interest and having other options!
Keep the Faith

Re: Cisak officially gone.
I always keep the faith, in Coley we trust.
The others I can sort of understand but as for Alex going, massively disappointed.

It's reported that McConville is the subject of a 70-90k bid from Stockport County, see the sites.

Re: Cisak officially gone.
It's seems like one of those revolving doors at the moment with players but it only seems to be spinning one way which appears to be outwards
I think Smudgie you are right in one way that Coley gave him his big chance but the lad also took his chance pardon the pun with "both hands."
I think a major deciding factor in the Owls may have been Paul Dickov & Gerry Taggert having both been at Leicester with Alex.
Only time will tell from his point of view as to whether he has made the right decision by leaving Stanley but I also think he has the ability to more than make up the numbers.

Re: Cisak officially gone.
I too am annoyed. Annoyed that 5 players have left for pastures new and we have another possibly leaving with Sean Mac. OK, we are getting a fee for at least 3 of them and possibly 4. But at what cost. Danny Coid must be wondering who he will be playing with apart from IC, and the trio who have signed on! Not a lot of movement into the club IMHO

Re: Cisak officially gone.
the problem is though Cashy, you dont know they are good uns until you have a good season. Last season was a season not much different than the previous 5 until the final third, and for the past five seasons we've been bloody glad to have a major ship out!!!!
We just gotta thank our lucky stars for Monsieur Bosman and the fact that Coley signs so many young 'uns. Once again Coley has pulled a rabbit out of the hat and inputted in the region of half a million into the club.

Re: Cisak officially gone.
A few decent lads on trial and apparently a few more lined up.
A welsh winger has shown up well in training ( another Giggs?, we will have to see !!!!)
