IMHO you have got as much chance of recinding the all seater rule as I have of platting fog.................you will just have to accept it Im afraid!
Oh, and for the record I will be just as sad to see the terracing go, but being a realist I know we wont have a say in the matter.

we will just have a protest then since protests are now legal...this goverment will be after every vote they can get so you never know ill try and use my scottish connection

Good luck with your legal protest, but lets face it , this isnt exactly the Poll Tax issue all over again is it!!!
Somehow I dont think it will make one iota of difference.............

Well, we have two objectives. In the short term, we would like to see the introduction of a singing section, but with the possibility of terraces in a few years. The fact is that, even if the Government could be swayed on terracing, it is unlikely to happen within five years.
So given that we will have to comply with the current regs by the 2008/9 season and have seating inplace, do you honestly think that ANY Chairman of a football club is going to spend a shed load of cash putting in seating only to be told by fans, should the law change, to remove them again because they want to stand?....................I dont think so!

What protests?.....................Oh I forgot they have not been reported on by the national press because Rupert Murdoch has put a blanket ban on them so as not to upset anyone..............what complete and utter *ollocks!!!!
You must think Ive just sailed down the Clyde in a bannana boat, both of the arguments you have put up in defence of your original statement have more holes in them than a collander!
Youre gonna have to do better than that!!!

I thought it was more a case of "Sit down. Shut up." Hence the song the Ultras sing to the tune of the Pompey Chimes whenever stewards appear.
It was at Mansfield any way.

Re: clayton end allseater??????????
seats would damage the atmosphere
one of the joys of supporting stanley and coming from liverpool is the standing behind the goal. everton, liverpool and tranmere dont have it.
its something special - and should be kept.

I think you'll find that Anfield aswell as Old Trafford, and many other Premiership grounds, allow standing all around, (as long as you're with a couple of thousand others).
