I think he was full-time. This is the news article from when he signed:
Quote:
John Coleman has strengthened his coaching staff with the addition of goalkeeper coach Ian Willcock.
Ian has previously worked at Bury and Burnley, and will be working day to day with Stanley first team goalkeepers Kenny Arthur, Ian Dunbavin and Martin Fearon, as well as the goalkeepers in the youth team and soon to be developed centre of excellence.
Speaking about the new addition to his staff the Stanley manager said "Its all about being professional and doing things right behind the scenes, Ian is a great lad and will give our goalkeepers the specialist training that the position requires."

As has been said, Willcock helped Dunbavin come on leaps & bounds this season. We need another full time goalkeeping coach, quickly. Otherwise we're weakening our defense even more, voluntarily.
