Re: Coleman Angered By Negative Fans from BBC Sport........
Another couple of wins will see us safe. Sack him then and start preparing for next season.

Re: Coleman Angered By Negative Fans from BBC Sport........
I have been reluctant to post since Tuesday night. I even forcast a win for us, but what a let down. So we won at Chester, I'm begining to feel that we were ever so slightly lucky, to come away with that win. To put it into perspective look what Daggers did to them, put six past them. What does that say about our team. Simply not good enough. Coleman is not good enough, he has'nt the foggiest idea, what to do, how to change things round. Tuesday night was crying out for subs to be brought on. Where was Mannix? Where was King? the two lads ,without a Striker, who could just have pulled it round at one nil down. There was effort from the team but, they do not have the quality or motivation. Coalman insists we are a quality squad. I have yet to see it.
Eric wake up please before it's too late, and before you are left with only away fans and a handful of the old faithful, and even they are getting impatient. People will not put up with being abused by a so called football maager. He should expect some banter from the crowd, and not take it upon himself to rise to it, after all he gives it out to the officials, and wonders why we are so poorly thought of,as a Club.At this moment I do not feel like attending any more games, after 55 years I never thought I would come to this. There must be a lot more like me. Come on Stanley bite the bullet, it can't be any worse than what it is.

I thought we played quite well on Tue and made more chances than any other home game this season with craney and Toddy back to form, I think we will be safe sooner rather than later but we MUST keep Coleman.
Their is a light and it never goes out

Hopefully Coleman stays but IF he goes mid stream is not the right time to change horses. Every team has a sticky patch , continuity of manager is usually a very good thing. Better the devil you know etc.

He (Coleman) should be encouraging the team, where was the encouragement last night? Eric Whalley must do the decent thing and sack the management - NOW!!!

Originally I thought that this juvenile effort at a "post " was only worth ignoring but it displays the endemic "barracking" culture that Australians so love, an attitude that has made them hated throughout the world . The recent Indian cricket walk out another milestone in the descent of Australia's sporting credibility. Negativity for its own sake is a poorly thoughtout strategy, Stanley are having a bad patch , the correct response from GENUINE FANS is to support the team with MORE ardour. Boo-boys should be sent to Burnley.

Can't comment on the match itself as I wasn't there, I agree with much of the rest and I love "Their is a Light and it never goes out" Not so bright on a foggy afternoon when the wick is burt low, but faith will no doubt see us though and the club will shine again.

Re: Coleman Angered By Negative Fans from BBC Sport........
I hope he wasn't talking about me on the radio earlier He mentioned two fans who had said we played awful!!
I spoke to him in the clubhouse after the match and what I said was I couldn't name a bad or an outstanding player on the pitch, that we played some good football individually, we were unlucky in places but I felt there was a lack of team working i.e. actually working and thinking together, knowing what the other players next move will be, moving into spaces to give options etc...
he disagreed with me, but was prepared to discuss my thoughts
Oh yeah and Jimmy..it was a joke when I called you a chav from chav town

Re: Coleman Angered By Negative Fans from BBC Sport........
coley should stay but he should take more advice maybe pop over to largs and get some defensive tactics .i can remember a top football coach saying you can never stop learning......coley you may think the world is against you but nobody will ever be a perfect coach ,you can always keep learning.chin up coley when you survive you will come out a stronger person..
