Most away games in Scotland on a Sunday with early kick offs are impossible to get to thanks to our great transport system and thank god we are all unemployed and don't need time off work for games through the week

If that was so, it's the fault of the tv crew - what the drum does is enhance the atmosphere & encourage more to join in with the songs/chants - something that can only be appreciated if watching it live at the ground & not on the telly.
If anyone who wants to come to games has a problem with the drum there's plenty of places within the ground that aren't in close proximity to it.

just another excuse for someone not attending. too costly to get in, poor catering, poor public transport, livingstone rd. too narrow the list could be endless. the main problem is our core support about 1200 to go up to a more realistic 2400 has to have a 100% increase which no club can ever do. a 10% increase which is more realistic only means 1320 regulars. do the maths john and you might realise the task is not going to be easy.

Re: Coleman's Criticism of the Accrington Public
Eric Whalley had a big dig at the fans 10 years ago on TV, the problem was it is the fans who attend who feel aggrieved. I was when he realised after he 2nd home game 2006/07 that we wouldn't get more fans in the football league, we would far less if we were going to struggle.

Re: Coleman's Criticism of the Accrington Public
1200 home fans if we are average 1800 home fans if we are in the promotion places at the top at the end you get the glory hunters pushing us towards 3500 same anywhere good luck Andy Holt in your mission to make the club self sufficient but I fear it will have to be other revenue streams never on the gate money.
